Cancellation: The only thing we require to cancel an auto-pay membership is a 30-day written notice (or use the form below). This means that if you’re auto-pay comes out on the 1st of each month, you would need to send us a request to cancel on, or prior to, the 1st of the month prior to your desired cancellation date. For example:

You want your last payment to come out on June 1st, 2021 (your next scheduled auto-pay). You will need to send us a request to cancel on or before May 1st, 2021. Your access to the gym will remain in effect for 30 days after your last payment.

Suspension: We allow members to suspend their membership for up to 3 months during a single calendar year with a 30-day written notice. No penalties or fees will apply. You can unsuspend your membership at any time with an email notice (or the form below) to us.
